Pride Membership FAQ
1. What is The Capricorn Baby Pride Membership?
The Pride Membership is our VIP program for serious Capricorn Baby supporters. Depending on your plan, you get limited free expedited shippings, controlled 10% off discounts, Capricorn Cash rewards, early access to drops, and priority support.
2. How does the 10% discount work?
Your 10% applies to your entire order, not per item. Each use counts as one “slot”. One-Time Pass gets 1 use in 30 days, Monthly gets 1 use per month, and Annual gets 2 uses per month. Unused discounts do not roll over.
3. How does the free expedited shipping work?
You get a limited number of free expedited shippings, depending on your plan. One-Time Pass gets 1 free ship, Monthly gets 1 free ship per month (12/year), and Annual gets 2 free shippings per month (24/year). Unused free shipping does not roll over to the next month.
4. How does the $200 Capricorn Cash work?
Monthly and Annual members earn $50 in Capricorn Cash store credit every 90 days of active membership, up to $200 per year. One-Time Pass does not include Capricorn Cash.
5. When do I receive my Capricorn Cash?
Your first $50 is issued after your first 90 days of active membership. As long as you stay active, you receive another $50 every 90 days, up to $200 per year. If you cancel before 90 days, you do not receive that cycle’s reward.
6. Do my Capricorn Cash credits expire?
Yes. Each $50 Capricorn Cash credit expires 90 days (3 months) after it’s issued/added. We always recommend using your rewards as soon as possible so you never lose value.
7. How do I use my Capricorn Cash?
When you’re logged into your Capricorn Baby account, your Capricorn Cash can be used at checkout with your unique code or balance, on qualifying products. Your dashboard and emails will guide you when rewards are available.
8. Can I stack my Pride discount with other promo codes?
No. Pride discounts do not stack with other promo codes or site-wide offers. We always apply the best available option so you still get strong value without breaking the system.
9. What happens if I cancel?
You keep any already issued Capricorn Cash until it expires. Your future rewards stop, and your free shipping & discount slots stop renewing once your billing period ends. Used perks are not refunded.
