Capricorn Baby ships worldwide from the United States. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

UNITED STATES

• Complimentary Standard (3–7 business days) on orders of $50 or more
• Standard (3–7 business days): $7.99 on orders under $50
• Express (2–3 business days): $14.75

INTERNATIONAL

Rates are based on the total weight of your order and are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Complimentary International Standard on orders of $300 USD or more
• International Standard (7–21 business days): from $19 USD
• International Express (3–7 business days): from $49 USD

Prices are shown in your local currency when you choose your country.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. You will not be asked to pay extra duties or import taxes on delivery for these orders.

If a carrier or customs office ever asks you for an additional fee at delivery, contact support@capricornbaby.com with your order number and receipt and we will make it right.

Customs clearance can add time to delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item, or a package is lost or damaged in transit due to our error. Contact support@capricornbaby.com with your order number and we will make it right.
